Your written question
The tarot reader processes its interface in your browser. A free-form question remains in the current page’s memory. It is not intentionally sent to a server, placed in a URL, added to metadata or included in copied readings. Navigating away or reloading normally clears the field. Avoid entering sensitive details on a shared device.
Daily Tarot storage
Daily Tarot stores a randomly generated anonymous seed under oct-device-seed in localStorage. It combines that value with your local calendar date to provide a stable card. The seed is not submitted by the reader to a server and does not contain your name, email or question. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data controls; doing so can change your daily card. If storage is unavailable, the interface explains the session-only behavior.
Analytics, advertising and accounts
The launch site has no analytics scripts, advertising tags, registration system or cloud reading history. It does not load third-party fonts or a remote AI service to interpret questions. If tracking or advertisements are enabled later, this notice should be reviewed before those services start collecting information.
Hosting and technical requests
Loading any website sends normal web requests to its host, including the requested path and technical connection information. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information and operational logs under its own practices. The tarot application does not intentionally include your written question in those requests. A private preview may also be subject to the hosting platform’s access controls.
Contact and copied text
The contact page currently prepares a local message draft while no delivery address or endpoint is configured. It does not transmit that draft. If a contact delivery service is configured later, the form must explain where the message goes. Copy Reading copies card information and a public card-meaning URL, not your typed question. Any service you paste text into has its own data practices.
Your controls
You can use the reading tools without typing a question, clear browser storage, close the page to remove in-memory fields, or avoid using Daily Tarot if you do not want its local seed. No account is needed to exercise these controls. This notice describes the current application behavior rather than a guarantee about every browser extension or external device environment.
